Deborah Regina Reed was born on August 17, 1951 at Doctor’s Hospital on Avon Avenue in Newark, NJ to her late parents, Doris Yarbough and James R. Yarbough. She departed this life at East Orange General Hospital, East Orange, NJ.

Deborah was educated in the Newark Public School System. She graduated in 1969 from Weequahic High School. Deborah worked at the Internal Revenue Service for 22 years before her retirement.

Deborah was baptized a Jehovah’s Witness in 1980. She was a faithful servant until her passing. Deborah was a very strong, loving and caring wife for over forty years. She was a humble person who loved everyone.

She spent a great deal of time with her great nieces, Hadiyah and Ameadah Sellers.
